Corrections
Report an error or outdated payment term

What to include
Tell us the page URL, the wording you believe is wrong, the product or provider entity involved and the current wording that should replace it. A public product page, merchant account fee schedule, agreement excerpt or regulator record can help us understand the requested change.
Do not send sensitive payment data
Do not submit card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, private API keys, full merchant applications or unredacted customer records.
Provider corrections and right of reply
Providers may request factual corrections and explain a disputed product term. A provider response is considered on its merits; payment, sponsorship or a sales relationship is not required and does not guarantee the requested wording.
What happens after a report
We identify the page and product scope, compare the proposed correction with the applicable public or contractual material, and update the wording when the correction is supported. We may ask a narrow follow-up question if the same company sells several products under similar names.
A report that quotes one sentence and names one product is the fastest kind to resolve. If the disputed wording spans several products, say which product the correction applies to and which ones should stay as written, because our review methodology keeps a company-wide capability separate from a product-level term.
We do not promise a fixed response time. Privacy, security and legal notices are prioritized according to their potential impact.
Material updates
A material correction changes something a merchant could reasonably use to choose or operate a payment product. Examples include the account model, pricing, country availability, rolling reserve term, settlement schedule or contracting entity. Minor style and spelling changes may be made without a separate public note.
