Decision brief

Use the site and report a barrier with useful detail

Use this page when

You want to understand the intended accessibility baseline or report a content, navigation, contrast, keyboard or assistive-technology problem.

  1. Affected task

Describe what you were trying to read, compare, select or submit when the barrier occurred.

  2. Environment

Include the page, device, browser and assistive technology when safe and relevant.

  3. Alternative access

State what format or assistance would let you complete the task while the issue is reviewed.

An actionable report includes

  • Page URL and the control or content involved
  • Steps that reproduce the problem
  • Expected behavior and any requested alternative format
01

Our accessibility approach

The site uses semantic headings, labeled navigation, visible keyboard focus, a skip link and responsive layouts. Motion is reduced when the operating system requests it, and controls are designed to remain usable without hover.

02

Current assessment status

The site has not yet completed an independent WCAG conformance audit. We therefore do not claim a formal conformance level. Automated and manual checks are part of release testing, but they do not replace a full accessibility assessment with assistive technologies and users.

03

Known limitations

Large provider reviews contain dense product and contract information. We continue to test table-like comparisons, long navigation menus and mobile layouts for sensible reading order, zoom and keyboard operation. Third-party websites linked from the directory are outside our control.

04

Report a barrier or request another format

Email the address on the contact page with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page URL, the control or content involved, the browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format that would help. Do not send medical or other sensitive personal information.
